About BotHub

BotHub is an AI platform that brings together more than 240 models from 49 providers through a single interface, without requiring a VPN.Beyond access to large language models (LLMs), we've developed tools for analyzing web pages and YouTube videos, summarizing long conversations, searching scientific literature and the Garant legal information system, generating images, and creating documents. We use a prepaid package model rather than recurring subscriptions. Customers purchase Caps, our internal credits, and spend them as needed. Unused Caps do not expire. We've been operating for more than three years, steadily expanding the platform's capabilities.

Financial Performance: Growth Driven by Product Usage

Our revenue growth in H1 2026 was driven by increased product usage rather than price increases.

Financial note: All USD amounts are approximate conversions of the original RUB figures using the Bank of Russia's official exchange rate of RUB 79.8573 per USD as of July 31, 2026.Customers began using BotHub more extensively, particularly for resource-intensive tasks such as video generation, image processing, API integrations, and batch processing. Our financial results illustrate this trend:
  • 2025 revenue: Approximately $839,000, an increase of 274% compared with 2024.
  • H1 2026 revenue: Approximately $907,000, exceeding our revenue for the entire previous year.
In just six months, we generated more revenue than in all of 2025.For us, these results demonstrate the growing role of AI in customers' everyday workflows. Users are adopting more advanced features and expanding how they use the platform.

User Economics: Higher Lifetime Value

We also analyzed how customer spending develops over time.To make the comparison meaningful, we measured lifetime value (LTV) at the same stage of the customer lifecycle, comparing paying users by their third month of using BotHub (M3).LTV per paying user at M3, by cohort:

Over a year, LTV at a comparable stage of the customer lifecycle increased by approximately 60%.This trend supports our assessment that revenue growth is being driven by deeper product engagement and adoption of higher-value workflows, rather than simply attracting more users or raising prices.

Corporate Structure and Dividend Policy

Alongside product development and financial growth, we've been strengthening our corporate structure.
Corporate Structure and Dividend Policy

A More Transparent Ownership Structure

In H1 2026, we completed our corporate restructuring. Our operating company is now owned by a joint-stock holding company. This gives us a clearer ownership structure and a more transparent framework for corporate governance and future shareholder relationships. We see this as an important step toward building a more mature and sustainable business.

Dividend Policy

We've also established a dividend policy that outlines our long-term approach to shareholder returns.Under our base-case plan, we intend to allocate 50% of net profit to dividends, provisionally beginning in 2028, after the current investment phase. For now, our priorities remain product development, infrastructure, and business growth. The dividend policy establishes a framework for returning value to shareholders as the business matures.

Product Developments in H1 2026

During the first half of the year, we introduced several improvements designed to increase platform reliability, expand AI capabilities, and make BotHub more practical for business customers. Here are the developments that have had the greatest impact on our product strategy.

Batch API: 45% Lower Processing Costs

We launched Batch API to support large-scale AI workloads that don't require immediate responses.Developers and businesses can upload a .jsonl file containing multiple requests and receive the results asynchronously.Batch processing provides a 45% discount on supported models, with a processing window of up to 24 hours, depending on the provider. This makes high-volume workflows more affordable and strengthens our offering for businesses processing large datasets.

Expanded Video and Image Generation Capabilities

We've significantly expanded our catalog of models for video and image generation. The platform now includes options from providers such as Grok, Veo, Runway, Sora, Tongyi, Kwaivgi, and Lightricks, with additional models being introduced over time. We've also made text, image, and video models accessible through our API, enabling businesses to integrate these capabilities into their own products and workflows.Expanding our multimodal offering allows customers to complete more tasks within a single platform, from text generation to image processing and video production. These capabilities also contribute to our business model by increasing adoption of higher-value AI workflows.

Corporate Analytics and Spending Controls

We've expanded our tools for managing AI usage within organizations.Companies can now:
  • Track AI usage across teams and individual employees.
  • Monitor Caps consumption.
  • Set individual spending limits for employees.
These controls help businesses manage AI budgets, improve cost visibility, and scale adoption across their teams.

Automatic Provider Failover

We've introduced automatic provider failover to improve service availability. When a provider becomes overloaded or unavailable, we can automatically route requests to another provider. This reduces disruptions without requiring users to switch providers manually. For businesses integrating AI into critical workflows, consistent service availability is essential. Our goal is to make BotHub a more dependable foundation for these applications.

Token Counting and Cost Estimates

We've added token counting and estimated request costs directly to the chat input field.Users can now see the approximate cost of a request before sending it, including requests with uploaded documents.Supported file formats include DOC, PDF, MD, and Excel files. This makes AI spending more transparent and helps users better understand the cost of different tasks before running them.

What's Next: Building Proprietary AI Products

Our long-term strategy is evolving from providing access to third-party AI models toward building our own AI products. We're focusing on tools that address specific customer needs and fit naturally into everyday professional workflows.Several initiatives are already underway.

Desktop Application

We're preparing a dedicated BotHub desktop application that will give users direct access to the platform without relying on a browser tab.

Native Mobile Application

We've started developing a native mobile application to replace our existing progressive web app (PWA).Our goal is to deliver a more complete mobile experience for working with AI.

Task-Specific AI Tools

We're developing ready-to-use AI tools for practical tasks, including creating presentations, preparing content, and producing other work materials. These tools will help users complete common workflows without configuring everything manually.

Documentizer: AI-Powered Knowledge Management

We're also developing Documentizer, our proprietary retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for working with knowledge bases and large document collections. The system is designed to help organizations retrieve and use information from their internal documents. We're preparing an on-premises version that companies will be able to deploy on their own infrastructure.Documentizer is already in presales and available for corporate testing.

Looking Ahead

The first half of 2026 brought together three important developments for BotHub: accelerating revenue growth, sustainable profitability, and a more mature corporate structure. At the same time, our product strategy continues to evolve. Our model aggregation platform provided a strong foundation for entering the AI market. We're now building on that foundation with proprietary products, business-focused capabilities, and infrastructure designed for more demanding workloads. Our objective is to build a sustainable AI business that grows alongside customer needs and delivers long-term value to users, businesses, and shareholders.
